Gino Benedetti

Gino Benedetti serves as General Counsel for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) since June 2014, providing legal guidance and strategic business leadership while enhancing corporate governance and risk management. Prior to this role, Gino held positions as Partner and Chief Human Resources Officer at Dilworth Paxson LLP from March 2007 to November 2013, and practiced law as an Attorney at Miller, Alfano & Raspanti from 1994 to 2007, along with serving as an Associate at Flaster/Greenberg P.C. from February 1992 to April 1994. Gino holds a Juris Doctor from Widener University Schools of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Computer Science from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
