Bert van Grinderbeek

Bert Van Grinderbeek has a wealth of experience in human resources, with a particular focus on leadership roles. Bert began their career in 1990 with DVV Verzekeringen, where they worked in HR for seven years. Bert then moved on to Eriks, where they served as an HR Manager for two years. In 1999, they joined ICOS Vision Systems as an HR Director and held this position for over a decade. From 2010 to 2013, Bert worked at LMS International, a Siemens business, first as an HR Director and then as the Vice-President of Human Resources. Bert then transitioned to Siemens PLM Software, where they held the role of HR Director SISW EMEA. Most recently, Bert worked at Mentor Graphics as an HR Integration specialist, and is currently serving as the HR Director at Septentrio.

Bert Van Grinderbeek attended Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven from 1986 to 1989. After that, they pursued HR management at the Universiteit Antwerpen Management School (UAMS).
