Dries Schellekens

Dries Schellekens is an experienced embedded software engineer currently working at Septentrio since July 2014, contributing to the Positioning Engine group and focusing on navigation data decoding, PVT engine development, and security topics related to GNSS technologies. Dries also serves as a GNSS Receiver Security Expert in the Aerospace & Defense group, handling design and implementation for Galileo IOV and EGNOS V2 receivers. Prior to Septentrio, Dries was a post-doctoral researcher and researcher at KU Leuven's ESAT/COSIC from October 2002 to June 2014. Dries holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Science from KU Leuven and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering specializing in Multimedia and Signal Processing, also from KU Leuven.
