Jenifer Anillo

Jenifer Anillo is a microbiologist currently working at Septodont North America since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a packager at QPharm Contract Packaging, where involvement focused on the manufacturing and packaging of nutraceutical and pharmaceutical products. As a Conestoga Research student, Jenifer contributed to the development of standard operating procedures for shelf life stability testing and the identification of natural preservatives. Previous positions include laboratory analyst at Contegral SA, research assistant at Belcorp, microbiology analyst at FLP Procesados, and various internships and research roles in microbiology. Jenifer holds a degree in Food Science from Conestoga College and a degree in Microbiology from Universidad Libre.
