Bilel Hellal

Bilel HELLAL is a proficient project manager currently serving as Chargé de projet d'aménagement at Seqens since October 2022. Previously, Bilel held positions as project control and subcontract coordinator, as well as project control assistant, at ENGIE Fabricom Belgium from November 2018 to August 2020. Bilel earned a Master's degree from Ecole d'Urbanisme de Paris between August 2021 and July 2023, and holds a Master d'architecture from Sciences and Technology University of Oran - Mohamed Boudiaf (USTO-MB), completed in 2018.
