Andrew Davis

Andrew Davis is a Senior Bioinformatician at Sequential - The Skin Microbiome Testing Co™ since April 2022, focused on developing and refining microbiome data reporting pipelines and algorithms, alongside managing AWS infrastructure for data processing. Previously, Andrew served as a Data Scientist at Sensyne Health, where responsibilities included implementing data pipelines and conducting epidemiological studies. Prior to that, at Optimum Patient Care, Andrew led data projects related to COVID-19 and automated analytical processes. Andrew's academic background includes a Masters by Dissertation and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Essex, where research work involved microbial dynamics and statistical modeling.
