Alba Urtecho

Alba Urtecho, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. In 2010, they started their career as a Cashier Sales Associate at OfficeMax, where they handled cash payments, ensured accuracy in transactions, and assisted with store duties. In 2011, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Miami Dade College, greeting visitors, managing mail, and enrolling individuals for orientations. Continuing their receptionist roles, they joined H&R Block in 2012 and 2013, where they operated a telephone switchboard, provided information, and maintained the reception area. Simultaneously, in 2013, they also worked as a student at the University of Central Florida. From 2014 to 2015, Alba held managerial positions at Intervia Group Corp and Eagle Express LLC. In 2015, they served as a Dispatch Manager at Sarmento Inc, responsible for managing logistics operations. Alba joined ADP in 2016 and held various roles, including Client Support Specialist Trainee, Client Support Specialist, and Project Service Specialist. Alba Urtecho, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 2016. Prior to that, they attended Valencia College where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies in 2013 and an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration in the same year. Alba Urtecho also holds additional certifications, including a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) obtained in July 2019 from SHRM.
