Benson Richeme

Benson Richeme has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Benson started their career as a Corporate Account Executive at Digicel Group in 2010, where they activated and maintained corporate accounts. In 2011, they worked as a Sales Director Assistant at Tropic s.a, leading and managing the performance of sales employees.

Richeme then transitioned to the technology industry, joining Microsoft in 2012 as a SharePoint On-Premise Support Engineer. In this role, they installed, configured, and troubleshooted SharePoint servers, managed the availability and performance of the infrastructure, and provided technical support. Benson stayed with Microsoft until 2014.

From 2014 to 2017, Richeme worked at SBA Communications as an ERP Systems - SharePoint Administrator. Benson performed migrations, investigations, and demos related to SharePoint, using PowerShell and other tools.

In 2017, Richeme returned to Microsoft as a SharePoint and Office 365 Consultant. Benson engaged with clients to provide consulting services, focusing on SharePoint and Office 365 solutions. Benson continued in this role until 2018 when they joined Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC as a Microsoft Consultant & SharePoint Developer. There, they designed SharePoint Online applications and collaborated with project managers and stakeholders to develop projects.

In 2018, Richeme also worked at Microsoft as an Office 365 Consultant, specializing in implementing and supporting Office 365 solutions.

In 2019, Richeme joined Connection as a Senior Solution Engineer, working with enterprise clients on the architecture, migration, and support of applications within Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Azure AD.

Most recently, Richeme joined Sequoia in 2023 as a Senior Microsoft Engineer. Sequoia Consulting Group provides HR, payroll, and risk management solutions, and Richeme is involved in centralizing workforce data and helping companies navigate complex issues.

Throughout their career, Richeme has developed expertise in Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Office 365, Azure, and related services. Benson has also demonstrated success in project management, consulting, and leadership roles.

Benson Richeme completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Ecole Supérieure d'Infotronique d'Haiti (ESIH) from 2004 to 2008. Benson then pursued a Master's degree in General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations at the University of Montpellier from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, Benson attended SUNY Empire State College for a year to study Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Studies. Benson later joined Broward College from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Engineering and Engineering Technology.

In terms of certifications, Benson has acquired several additional qualifications. In September 2020, they completed courses in "Building Resilience as a Leader," "Business Writing Principles," and "Public Speaking Foundations" through LinkedIn. Benson also obtained the "PL-100: Microsoft Power Platform App Maker" certification from Microsoft in March 2023.
