Lita Franco (she/her)

Lita Franco has extensive work experience in the fields of accounting and billing solutions. Lita worked at Sequoia Consulting Group from 2016 to the present as the Manager of Billing Solutions, where they are responsible for overseeing premium invoice services and analyzing premiums. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Premium Analyst at the same company from 2016 to 2019. From 2012 to 2016, Lita worked at Innovative Interfaces in an accounting role. Lita began their career in accounting at ServiceMASTER Restoration Services in 2011 and worked there until 2012.

Lita Franco (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources from California State University - East Bay. In 2015, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Additionally, in 2020, Lita obtained their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
