Megan then pursued a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training with a focus on Training and Assessment at Martin College in 2000. Later, they earned their MBA with a major in Industrial Relations from Charles Sturt University between 2003 and 2005. Lastly, in 2014 to 2016, they attended The Life Coaching College, where they obtained an Executive Master Coach (ICF) degree specializing in Executive Coaching.
