Megan's earlier roles include Advisor Employee Management at Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal Pty Ltd., Human Resources Manager at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas, and Assistant HR Manager at Sunlover Reef Cruises. Megan started their career as an HR Officer and was later promoted to Employee Development Officer at AGL Australia.
Megan Evans completed their Bachelor of Social Science with a major in HR and Communications at Southern Cross University from 1996 to 2002. From 1997 to 1998, they obtained a Diploma in Management from Deakin University. Megan then pursued a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training with a focus on Training and Assessment at Martin College in 2000. Later, they earned their MBA with a major in Industrial Relations from Charles Sturt University between 2003 and 2005. Lastly, in 2014 to 2016, they attended The Life Coaching College, where they obtained an Executive Master Coach (ICF) degree specializing in Executive Coaching.
