Jim Shanley

Jim Shanley has held several positions in various companies over the years. Jim began their career in 1999 as the President & COO of Rootlevel, where they provided oversight for sales, marketing, and operations, and provided strategic direction for the creation and launch of two subsidiaries. In 2003, they moved to Grace & Wild, Inc., where they were the Managing Director of Emerge and Executive Director of Business Development. In 2011, they became the Executive Vice President & Managing Director of Picnic New Media at Cutters Studios. In 2017, they joined Seraph Biosciences, Inc. as Co-Founder and Board of Advisors, and President & CEO. Most recently, in 2022, they became President & COO of We Build Databases.

Jim Shanley holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wayne State University and has participated in the M.L.A.S. program at the University of Detroit Mercy.
