James Harris has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. James started their career in 1994 at IBM UK Limited, where they worked in new business acquisition until 1999. James then joined BT Global Services as a key client acquisition specialist for a year before moving on to become the managing director of Rotherfield in 2000. From 2007 to 2009, they served as the UK sales director at B2B Business Intelligence before taking on the role of EMEA Vice President - Technology Sector at BrightTALK from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, they became a director at Hanson Wade, where they stayed until 2013. In the same year, they founded the Boardroom Club and Change Makers - Make Change Happen, both focusing on facilitating discussions and providing valuable insights for senior executives.
