Molly DeMartino

Molly DeMartino has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Talent Management fields since 2001. Molly began their career at BJ's Wholesale Club as an HR Specialist/Marketing Manager in 2001. Molly then moved to The Boston Consulting Group in 2006 as an HR Recruiting Coordinator. In 2012, they joined OC&C Strategy Consultants as a Director of HR and Recruiting. From 2014 to 2016, Molly was a Manager of Talent Management at Oliver Wyman. Most recently, they have been the VP of Operations at Sercante since 2021.

Molly DeMartino graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management.
