Kai Skvarla has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a Senior Vice President at Serco, a $6.1 billion company. Additionally, they also received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the same institution in the same year. In 2008, they pursued an MBA degree specializing in Strategy, Finance, and Systems Dynamics from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
