Paul Grant Cfiosh

Paul Grant CFIOSH, CSP, AIEMA currently serves as Head of Technical Services at VIVO Defence Services, focusing on facilities management and construction since November 2021. Prior to this, Paul held the position of Head of Safety, Risk & Compliance at Serco from June 2005, where responsibilities included advising on the effectiveness of HS&E controls and managing a HS&E team. Additionally, Paul worked as a Senior HSE Consultant at Louis Berger from September 2017 to July 2022, and previously held a leadership role in safety and compliance within the HM Forces (Army) Corps of Royal Engineers.
