Richard Martinez

Richard Martinez, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning several prominent companies. Richard began their career as a Senior Accountant at Kauffman, Davis CPA's in 1985. After that, they served as President and CEO of Cardinal Scientific Inc, where they successfully secured bank financing and negotiated contracts with the federal government. Later, they joined Settles Associates Inc as a CFO VP, overseeing all financial and administrative functions. In 1998, they moved to Resource Consultants Inc/Serco Inc as a Controller VP, managing the accounting department and supporting senior management during the company's growth from $80M to $500M in revenues. In 2005, they became the CFO VP at 3001 Inc, where they provided strategic leadership, led the relocation of HQ, and oversaw the implementation of accounting software.
