Yalda Hajizeinali

Yalda Hajizeinali is a seasoned professional in human resources and employee experience, currently serving as a People and Capability Advisor at Serco since April 2024. Prior to this, Yalda held various roles at St John Ambulance (Vic) including Employee Experience Lead and People and Culture Coordinator for onboarding. Yalda's experience extends to positions at Maple Plan, including Human Resources Officer, NDIS Plan Management Supervisor, and Account Officer, where responsibilities included payroll management, team mentoring, and client support. Yalda's career also encompasses roles at MOIRA, Frankston North Community Centre, THEODORA – CHEERFUL GIVERS, and two educational institutes, where skills in administration, project coordination, and student engagement were honed. Yalda is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business at RMIT University, building upon a Master's degree in Educational Management and a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from Azad University.
