Hila Amsalem

Hila Amsalem has extensive experience in Human Resources and has held various leadership roles in multinational companies. Hila started their career at Mercury Interactive, where they served as a Well Being and Community Relations Specialist and later as a Training and Well Being Specialist. Hila then joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Internal Communication & WellBeing Manager. Hila also worked at Nokia Siemens Networks as an HR Generalist and as an HR Consultant in their own independent consultation firm. Their most recent role was at Honeywell, where they served as a Global HR Director at NextNine. Currently, they hold the position of VP Global HR at Glassbox, focusing on creating frictionless digital journeys for customers.

Hila Amsalem has a diverse education history. Hila completed their MBA in Organizational Consulting from Ono Academic College from 2010 to 2012. In 2008, they obtained a Diploma in Project Management from KitKnowledge. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration & Social Sciences from The Open University of Israel. In 1999, Hila earned a Diploma in Webmaster from John Bryce. Hila also completed a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Momentum Group - Israel in 2017.

Furthermore, Hila Amsalem has obtained additional certifications. In November 2022, they became MBTI Certified from The Israeli Center for MBTI. Additionally, in July 2023, they obtained the Certified Director designation from Tel Aviv University.
