Sybille Ranchon

Sybille Ranchon is an experienced VC investor currently working at Serena since April 2021, focusing on early-stage investments within AI, SaaS, Climate Tech, and more, managing a fund exceeding 750M€. In addition to this role, Sybille serves as a Visiting Lecturer at ESCP Business School, offering coaching for MSc students in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and is an Ambassador for ClimateHack, a global community dedicated to advancing impactful climate solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Community Lead for baby vc, the first VC bootcamp in several European countries, and as a Strategy Consultant at IMPULSE PARTNERS, where Sybille launched numerous startup accelerators and connected startups with industry leaders. Academic qualifications include studies at ESSEC Business School, Illinois State University, and ESSCA.
