Jay Dodhia

Jay Dodhia, CFA, is a highly experienced professional in the fields of finance, property development, and social care. As the Co-founder and CEO of Serene Care Ltd since September 2014, Dodhia has successfully turned around multiple care homes, including the Rugby Care Centre and The Gables Retirement Home, significantly increasing occupancy rates and achieving high CQC inspection ratings. With a background as an Associate Fund Manager at First Property Asset Management and as the CEO of Dodhia Capital Limited, Dodhia has a proven track record in sourcing and managing real estate investments and refurbishments. Early career experiences at Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers provided Dodhia with a strong foundation in investment banking and corporate finance. Dodhia holds a Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge and is currently participating in the Goldman Sachs 10KSB Entrepreneurship Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
