Jennie Starr

Jennie Starr, JD, MA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing, recruitment, and product management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Recruitment at Seres Therapeutics, Jennie has successfully built and led a new department responsible for brand and recruitment strategies critical to the development of FDA-approved oral microbiome therapies. Prior roles include Director of Marketing at BioForm Solutions, where Jennie led sales and marketing initiatives for microbial-based product analysis, and CEO & Founder of Startup18, an award-winning nonprofit focused on language and cultural arts education. Jennie's earlier career features significant positions in product management and consulting at organizations such as Medunite Inc, Edupoint Educational Systems, and LexisNexis, alongside litigation experience as a Lawyer at Clausen Miller. Jennie holds a JD from Washington University in St. Louis, an MA in Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a BA in Political Science from Northwestern University.
