Rebecca Gauffin

Rebecca Gauffin, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Seres Therapeutics since May 2022. Prior to this role, Gauffin was a Human Resources Consultant in the biotechnology sector at argenx, where focus was on translating immunology breakthroughs into innovative medicines from June 2020 to April 2022. Gauffin also held the position of Lead HR Business Partner at Sage Therapeutics, a leader in CNS disorder treatments, and has extensive experience at Akamai Technologies in various HR leadership roles, emphasizing strategic support and talent development. Additional roles included being a Senior HR Business Partner at iRobot and Omgeo, and a Senior HR Business Partner at Sun Life Financial, supporting diverse business units. Gauffin's foundational experience in HR began at Raytheon in multiple capacities. Educational credentials include an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Suffolk University, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College, and a B.A. in Human Studies from Bradford College.
