Kyle started their career as a Page at NBC before moving on to roles such as Associate Producer at NBC News Education Nation, where they worked on developing a self-sustaining business within NBC News. Kyle then became an Associate Producer for the NBC News & MSNBC Transformation initiative, where they managed various work streams and helped launch NewsConnect, a breaking news collaboration system. Kyle later served as an Associate Producer for NBC News Digital Politics during the 2016 election and as a Producer/Editor for a digital lifestyle vertical at NBC News, where they grew the vertical to over 1 million on-network video starts per month.

In 2019, Kyle Scott joined SERHANT. as the Head of Product & Production, where they created a successful digital course based on the real estate thought leadership of Ryan Serhant.
