- Associate Director of Programs and Growth at SeriousFun Children's Network since February 2017, responsible for fostering partner relationships with other non-governmental organizations in 11 countries and overseeing collaborations to operate psychosocial support programs for children and adolescents with medical conditions. Mary conducts annual reviews of funding processes and agreements, administers funding processes, and leads recruitment, hiring, and orientation for short-term program consultants.
- Associate Director, Partner Programs at SeriousFun Children's Network since February 2017. In this role, Mary works closely with partner organizations to ensure the successful operation of psychosocial support programs for children and adolescents with medical conditions. Mary also conducts annual reviews of funding processes and agreements, and leads recruitment, hiring, and orientation for short-term program consultants.
- Regional Program Manager at SeriousFun Children's Network from December 2014 to January 2017. Mary collaborated with partners in eight countries to operate psychosocial programs for children and adolescents with medical conditions. Mary also oriented and managed short-term consultants, and facilitated two-way learning in small teams to support inclusive, child-focused programs.

Mary Silvia has a diverse education history. In 2011, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, with a focus on Economics/Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies, from the University of Hartford. In 2017, they acquired a Certificate in Evidence-Based Exercise Prescription from Life Time Academy. Later, in 2021, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Gender, Leadership, and Public Policy from UMass Boston.
In addition to their formal education, Mary Silvia has obtained several certifications. In May 2020, they achieved certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Fighting Gender Bias at Work, and The Six Morning Habits of High Performers from LinkedIn.
