Matthias Heurich has a diverse and extensive work experience. Matthias currently holds the position of Senior Director, Insights and Innovation | Design Sprint Facilitator at Sermo, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Cello Health as a Regional Director | Digital Innovation from July 2019 to December 2021. From July 2017 to June 2019, they worked at Symanto as a Business Developer, and from April 2015 to June 2017, they served as the Director of Consumer Insights. Before that, they had various roles at GfK starting from 2007, including Account Director | Health, Senior Research Consultant, Research Consultant, and Junior Research Consultant. Matthias also had a secondment at Eli Lilly and Company as a Market Research Consultant from March 2010 to August 2011. Prior to their industry experience, they worked as a Lecturer at the University of Würzburg from April 2008 to July 2011.

Matthias Heurich holds an M.A. degree in Sociology, Psychology & Business Economics from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg. Matthias has also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business from Emeritus in 2020.
