Suthatip Pansungsak

Suthatip Pansungsak possesses extensive experience in human resources and employee engagement, currently serving as the Human Capital Section Head for Engagement and Communication at Sermsuk Public Company Limited since February 2017. In this role, Suthatip leads the development and execution of employee engagement programs across various sites and coordinates the Employee Engagement Survey initiatives. Prior to this position, Suthatip held multiple HR-related roles at PepsiCo from March 2012 to February 2017, including Assistant HR Manager and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included driving HR strategic objectives and internal communication strategies. Earlier career experience encompassed executive support roles at Pepsi-Cola (Thai) Trading Co., Ltd. and International Aviation Services (Thai) Co. Ltd., focusing on administrative efficiency and stakeholder communication. Suthatip graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese and Marketing from Assumption University (ABAC) in 1992.
