Cathy J Craven has experience in various senior leadership roles across different companies. Starting in 1992 as a Market Manager for J Riggings/ Edison Brothers, they oversaw multiple brands and implemented successful strategies. From 1999 to 2007, they served as a District Manager for Limited, where they led sales operations and emphasized exceptional customer experiences. At T-Mobile, they worked as a National Senior Operations Manager from 2007 to 2015, showcasing project management and analytical skills. Cathy J then joined Samsung Electronics America as a Field National Sales Director, leading teams and influencing strategic decisions until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they were the Vice President of Business Development & Retail Partnerships at 2020 Companies, focusing on growth opportunities and CRM conversion. Currently, they hold the role of VP Omni Retail Sales & Learning and Development at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, responsible for driving business growth and executing strategic plans.
