Kristin Flanagan

Kristin Flanagan has extensive work experience in the bedding industry, particularly with the company Serta. Kristin has been with Serta since 2003, starting as a Sales Coordinator and later becoming a Merchandising Analyst. In 2010, they transitioned into the role of New Product Design Specialist and later took on positions such as Product Manager and Senior Manager of Channel Marketing. In 2019, they joined Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC as Director of Sales and eventually became the Senior Director of Sales. Currently, Kristin holds the position of Vice President of Serta Brand Marketing, a role they started in 2023.

Kristin Flanagan holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Northwestern University.
