Ritika Singh

Ritika Singh has over 17 years of work experience in various leadership roles focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Most recently, they served as the Vice President, Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, where they developed a comprehensive DEI strategy and led leadership training programs. Prior to this, they were the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Catholic Relief Services, where they implemented large-scale initiatives across 100+ countries. Ritika has also held D&I leadership positions at Associated Bank, Northwestern Mutual, ESPN, Prudential Financial, United Technologies Research Center, and Otis Elevators. Additionally, they served as a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the DEI Board Committee at Kathy's House, a non-profit organization providing support to families experiencing illness.

Ritika Singh holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. They also completed a Masters in Commerce (Business/Finance) and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Business/Finance) from Pune University.
