Kaitlin Jolly is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Serv-U-Success since March 2020, responsible for managing full life-cycle talent processes, addressing critical openings, and enhancing candidate experience. Prior experience includes roles as a University Administrator, Client Service Specialist at ProNexus Michigan, and Web Marketing Associate at Haworth, where Kaitlin demonstrated skills in database management, event planning, and digital asset organization. Kaitlin's earlier positions as a waitress and marketing intern provided foundational customer service and communication expertise. Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Grand Valley State University, after obtaining an education at Jackson College and Chelsea High School.
