Luke Jensen

Luke Jensen, MBA, MA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Luke is currently serving as the Vice President of Servicing Solutions at Servbank. Prior to this, Luke held roles such as a Board Member at Julington Creek Plantation Community Development District and Vice President of Servicing Solutions at The Money Source Inc. Luke also worked at Ditech Financial LLC as a Director of IT Servicing Product Management and MSP Product Manager, where they implemented cost-saving solutions. Luke has also held positions at Black Knight Financial Services, Interline Brands, Librettos Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant, IRS Chief Counsel, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and Information and Display Systems, where they gained experience in strategy, marketing, operations, and customer service.

Luke Jensen, MBA, MA completed their education at the University of North Florida, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science in 2009. Luke then pursued their Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Global MBA, from the University of North Florida in 2011-2012. Luke also obtained a Master's degree in International Management and Intercultural Communication, with a Global MBA specialization, from both the Cologne University of Applied Sciences and the University of Warsaw in the same period. Additionally, they received a Certificate of Participation in Global MBA from Dongbei University of Finance & Economics in 2011-2012. In 2012, they obtained the S.T.A.R. (Skills to Achieve Results) Certification for Professional Development from the University of North Florida. In 2013, they gained additional certifications including Residential Certified Mortgage Servicer: Default Administration I and Loan Administration II from the Mortgage Bankers Association, as well as Net Promoter® Certified Associate from Satmetrix, The Net Promoter® Company.
