Erol A. is an experienced leader in the fields of sales and enterprise management, currently serving as Managing Director for Yokoy in the UK and Ireland since February 2024, as well as Managing Director at Serve First CX since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Erol A. was Head of Enterprise for Northern Europe at Asana from February 2017 to December 2020 and Director of Commercial Operations at Fourth from February 2014 to December 2016. Erol A. also held the position of Vice President of Sales, EMEA at Market Force Information from January 2005 to January 2014. Erol A. holds a BA Hons degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Northampton, completed in 2005.
