Thuli Masuku

Thuli Masuku has a diverse and extensive work experience in various HR roles. Thuli started their career at Deloitte in 2000, working in the Special Services Group/Management Solutions department until 2003. Thuli then joined Tsebo Facilities Solutions in 2004 as an HR Consultant, where they were responsible for talent acquisition and employee engagement. Thuli later became the Learning and Development Manager, driving the learning strategy and ensuring skill acquisition for the workforce. In 2014, they became the Regional Human Resources Manager, overseeing talent management and employee engagement. Thuli also worked at Servest SA as the Human Resources and Transformation Manager, where they implemented HR best practices aligned with business strategy. Thuli then joined Servest Landscaping and Turf in 2015 as the National HR Manager, focusing on talent management and linking HR to business strategy. Thuli's most recent role is as the HR Director at Servest SA, where they are responsible for all HR systems and processes.

Thuli Masuku's education history begins in 2008 when they enrolled at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Thuli pursued a post-graduate degree in Advanced Human Resources Management, completing their studies in 2009.

In 2013, Thuli joined the GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) to enhance their leadership skills. Thuli completed the Leadership Development Programme in 2014.
