Seth M is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience driving talent acquisition and total rewards strategies for high-growth companies. In his current role as Director of Talent Acquisition and Rewards at Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning, he leads a team of 23 members to attract and hire top talent for the organization. He works closely with operational leaders, provides expertise in talent sourcing and recruiting strategies, and develops a data-driven recruiting team. Previously, at aptihealth, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Ruby Recruiting, STG International, Inc, and Progressive Nursing Travel, Seth M honed his skills in talent acquisition, strategic talent sourcing, and recruitment in various industries. He holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Information Technology from Northern Virginia Community College.
