Stewart Read is the Client Services Director, Financial Services at Service Innovation Group- UK Ltd. Stewart has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on tele-marketing and data analysis.

Read began their career as a sales manager at Quantum Marketing. Stewart then moved to M3ST Ltd, where they were responsible for the delivery of tele-marketing campaigns for multinational blue chip companies such as Eon and British Gas. While at M3ST Ltd, Read successfully integrated campaigns into larger marketing activities involving direct mail and email, set price strategies with partners and analysed data results.

In 2010, Read joined Data Locator Group Ltd (DLG) as Head of Tele-Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of 100+ call centre agents and setting / monitoring quality benchmarks in-line with SLAs. Stewart also identified and managed outsourcing partners, controlled the full lifecycle of campaigns, and ensured that all regulations were adhered to. During their time at DLG, Read was instrumental in the measurable increase of outsourced partners (4 to 20 – off and on shore) and significantly improved service and quality of data from affiliates.

In January 2012, Read left DLG to start their own company, M3ST Ltd. Stewart served as Client Director/Owner until November 2017, when they joined Service Innovation Group- UK Ltd as Client Services Director, Financial Services.

Stewart Read has a background in business studies, physical education, and mortgage advice and practice. Stewart is also a certified fitness instructor and has an HND in sport and business management.
