Ian Friedman

Ian Friedman has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ian began their career at AAP Reuters in 1985 as a Developer and later joined Equity Systems Pty Ltd as a Global DBU Product Manager. In 2002, they became the Chief Data Scientist at RoZetta Technology and also started working as a Principal Consultant and Director at Imagineered Consulting Pty Ltd. Throughout their time at Imagineered Consulting, they held various positions, including Principal Consultant and Principal. In 2021, Ian joined Service NSW, where they worked as a Principal Information Architect and Principal Data Architect before their current role as a Principal Data Spatial Engineer.

Ian Friedman received their BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University of Cape Town between 1979 and 1982.
