Sze Kai Chen

Sze Kai Chen is an experienced content designer and strategist with a diverse background in the field. Currently serving as a Principal Content Designer in a secondment role at Service NSW since July 2021, Sze Kai Chen has also held various senior roles at the same organization, including Senior Content Designer and Acting Principal Content Designer. Prior experience includes positions at Uber as an APAC and ANZ Content Strategist, and content design roles at Virtual Machine Technology and various start-ups. Sze Kai Chen's earlier career features significant journalism experience at News Corp Australia, Fairfax Media, and The Age, along with project management at Hugo. Sze Kai Chen's educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Computing from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English and Sociology from UNSW.
