Jereme Dickens

Jereme Dickens has a diverse work history spanning over two decades. Jereme is currently working at Service One Credit Union as the Director of Information Technology, a role they started in February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Network and CyberSecurity Administrator at the same company from September 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Service One Credit Union, Jereme had several roles at different organizations. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Interventional Pain Specialists as an Assistant Network Administrator, where they were responsible for various IT functions, including database maintenance, network administration, and vendor management.

From 2010 to 2015, Jereme worked at PC Gurus (now CoreTech) as a Lead Systems Engineer - Level 2. Jereme played a crucial role in maintaining and managing computer systems. Prior to that, they served as a Master Technician at Computers Plus from 2008 to 2010, providing PC and Mac services both in-store and onsite.

Jereme's career started at Best Buy, where they worked as a Geek Squad Agent from 2006 to 2008, specializing in troubleshooting and repairing computers. Jereme then worked at CompUSA from 2004 to 2006 as a Cashier/Customer Service/Supervisor, overseeing sales and customer service. Prior to that, they briefly worked at UPS as a loader/box handler in 2004.

Jereme's earliest work experience dates back to 2000 when they worked at Carmike Cinemas in various roles, including concessions, door, box office, and manager. Despite their diverse background, their recent focus has been on IT management and administration.

Jereme Dickens attended Greenwood High School from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained their High School Diploma in General Education. After completing high school, they enrolled at Louisville Technical Institute from 2004 to 2006, focusing on Computer Network Administration. Jereme then pursued the Cisco Technologies Program at Bowling Green Technical College/KATI from 2006 to 2007. Jereme also has additional certifications including Certified Novell Administrator (CNA), Microsoft Certified Professional, and Net+.
