Douglas has significant knowledge of Telecommunications, Logistics and Infrastructure domains having held senior leadership roles at Telstra, Australia Post, Lend Lease and British Airports Authority.

His past experience has focused on driving technology operational uplifts and transformation agendas within organizations undergoing significant growth or change.
