Role Overview
ServiceCore is seeking an energetic, ambitious and experienced Data Implementation Specialist! This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing hybrid office/WFH team that’s based in Lakewood, CO.
You will report to the Head of CX Operations as a Data Implementation Specialist. As a Data Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our data implementation efforts, ensuring the successful onboarding of new customers and continuing to build scalable solutions for complex data migrations. Role and Responsibilities
To successfully deliver products in a fast paced working environment you will be proficient in the following areas:
Project Management: Manage project timelines to ensure that customer data is ingested into the platform in a timely and efficient manner, and accurate expectations are communicated to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using Python (OR another dynamic or high-level language such as Ruby or R) in a work environment.
Deep familiarity with pandas and its applications in data manipulation and analysis.
Proficient in using git (or other VCS tools such as Mercurial or SVN) for version control and collaboration within a team.
Proven experience managing projects and coordinating between technical and customer-facing teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve complex data-related issues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working directly with customers to understand their needs and communicate project details.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)
