Role Overview

ServiceCore is seeking an energetic, ambitious, and experienced Operations Manager! This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing hybrid office/WFH team that’s based in Lakewood, CO.

You will report to the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager.  You will work closely with functional leaders to identify and deploy new business processes. You will own the Salesforce.com instance and data integration integrity between systems. 

This position requires advanced administrative skills within Salesforce.com. 

Roles and Responsibilities

To successfully deliver products in a fast-paced working environment you will need to:

  • Work across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to unify data across the organization (Salesforce, Recurly, ChurnZero, Outreach, Hubspot)

  • Administer and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and process automation.

  • Administer Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.

  • Manage data imports and exports, including data cleansing, deduplication, and data migration efforts

  • Use Excel to analyze and manipulate Salesforce data to make applicable recommendations to C-Suite.

  • Assess data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.

  • Ensure that adequate unit testing and analysis are performed and documented prior to implementation to ensure all areas are functioning appropriately and meet user objectives.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of business needs by fostering relationships across business units.

  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and features and implement best practices.

  • Maintain professional, ethical, and company standards always.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience working in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or similar experience

  • Ability to prioritize, a commitment to tight deadlines, and the ability to multi-task.

  • Proficiency in creating and managing custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and process automation.

  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment, including personal flexibility in day-to-day work.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Confident and articulate oral communicator and negotiator with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to easily connect with all types of people.

  • Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, including conducting research into issues.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or other relevant certifications).

  • Understanding of Salesforce and Outreach.io (or similar sales operations tools)

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align business processes to organizational objectives.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage project timelines and the ability to ask for reconsideration of priorities when needed.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
