Adrian Pirciu has over 20 years of experience in networking, primarily in roles related to cloud networking services, technical support, and network engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Network Architect at ServiceNow since December 2014, Adrian has also held various leadership positions within the company, including Director and Senior Technical Manager. Previous experience includes significant roles at Juniper Networks, where Adrian was promoted from Technical Support Engineer to Technical Support Manager, overseeing critical customer escalations and team operations. Adrian's technical skills encompass expert-level knowledge in switching and routing, extensive expertise in Junos-based Juniper and Cisco platforms, and a solid foundation in Linux administration. Educational background includes studies at the University of Bucharest in Mathematics and Computer Science.
