Ben Barker

Ben Barker is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in product and architecture leadership roles. Currently serving as Product Director for Industrial TX Workflows at ServiceNow, Ben has held several key positions including Architecture Director for the Manufacturing Business Unit and Field CTO for the Manufacturing & Defence Industry. Prior to joining ServiceNow in June 2019, Ben operated as Acting CTO/CIO and Technology Director at Inenco Group, and as Product Board Advisor at erwin, Inc. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Zen Internet, TalkTalk, Opal Telecom, and the NHS. Ben's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire, with a thesis focused on Artificial Intelligence.
