Cynthia Hsu

Cynthia Hsu is a seasoned leader in enterprise strategy and operations, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Programs in the Office of the COO at ServiceNow since March 2024. In this role, Cynthia is instrumental in the rollout of ServiceNow's OKR framework, focusing on strategy execution and cross-functional excellence as the company advances toward its AI DESCO21C goals.
