Eric Bull

Eric Bull is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in driving enterprise transformations and strategic service delivery. Currently serving as the Global Lead for CTRL+ at ServiceNow, Eric focuses on simplifying platform complexity to foster value realization and alignment among global stakeholders. Prior roles include Technical Director, where Eric enhanced customer adoption through comprehensive data product strategies, and Director of strategic service delivery, emphasizing customer success across a global portfolio. Prior to ServiceNow, Eric held senior project management roles at St. John Health System, overseeing enterprise-level projects during a crucial organizational transformation. A 20-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Eric advanced from front-line infantry to senior program and operations leadership. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
