Erica Volini

Erica Volini serves as Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships at ServiceNow, having previously held the position of Senior Vice President for Global Alliances & Partner Ecosystem GTM Operations. In this role, Erica focuses on developing the go-to-market strategy for Alliance & Channel Ecosystems to enhance the partner ecosystem's contribution to ServiceNow's growth. Erica is also a member of the HR Advisory Council at Betterworks. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Deloitte Consulting, culminating in the role of Principal and Global Human Capital Leader, overseeing a $2B practice and 12,000 employees, as well as holding various principal and leadership positions within Deloitte’s Human Capital and HR Transformation practices. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
