Kate Smith

Kate Smith is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and operations, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition Optimization & Enablement at ServiceNow. Previously, Kate held various roles at Adobe, including Head of Talent Operations for EMEA and Head of Talent Acquisition for APAC. Additionally, Kate has experience as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition EMEA and as a Manager in Customer Success for the Public Sector at Adobe. Earlier in Kate's career, the role of Account Manager at Zenopa was undertaken. Kate Smith earned a BSc (Hons) in Biology from the University of Nottingham between 2004 and 2007.
