Katelyn Kennedy

Katelyn Kennedy currently serves as the Director of Creative Operations at ServiceNow since October 2025. Previously, Katelyn held the position of Senior Director of Creative Operations and Integrated Production at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. from July 2023 to October 2025, overseeing a vast portfolio of 125 brands and managing significant staff and financial resources. A brief tenure as Global Senior Director of Creative Operations at Shark Ninja occurred in May 2023, focusing on global creative team leadership and workflow transformation. Prior experience includes Head of Production at Wayfair, where Katelyn directed extensive multi-channel campaigns with a substantial budget and a large global team, as well as Global Studio Director at Reebok, handling creative for over 80 markets. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Media Communications from Emerson College and has further education from Bond University.
