Lalitha Bhaskara

Lalitha Bhaskara currently serves as the Head of New Markets Strategy at ServiceNow since May 2024. Prior to this role, Lalitha was with SAP from 2018 to 2024, initially as Vice President and Head of SAP.iO Asia Pacific Japan & Greater China, focusing on startup partnerships and customer acquisition in AI and emerging technologies. Lalitha's extensive experience includes a position as COO for Workday in the APJ and Greater China regions, and Vice President of Corporate Development at Akamai Technologies. Lalitha has also held various strategic roles at SAP, contributing to corporate strategy, CRM market development, and product management for over a decade. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a mechanical engineering degree from Osmania University, among other certifications.
