Liz Fleming

Liz (Jepson) Fleming serves as the Enterprise & Field Marketing Operations Director at ServiceNow since April 2024. Previously, Liz held various positions at VMware from October 2019 to April 2024, including Director of SaaS Digital Marketing and Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing Operations, where notable achievements included managing a global marketing initiative and improving lead sharing processes. Liz's extensive experience at Dell EMC spanned over 12 years, culminating in the role of Senior Manager of Lead Operations and Campaign Performance, overseeing a team responsible for managing inbound leads. Throughout Liz's career, collaboration across departments, development of marketing automation processes, and strategic planning have been key focuses. Liz holds an MBA in Marketing from Boston College and a BS in Economics and Marketing from Bentley University.
